Q: How much does a night cost?

As a guide, from CZK 2,200 (≈ €90) per night for the whole apartment out of season, CZK 2,500 (≈ €105) in winter and CZK 2,770 (≈ €115) in summer. The minimum stay is two nights. We will send a firm price for your dates.

About the apartment

Two rooms with room for a whole holiday.

Sliding doors lead from the entrance hall into the bathroom and into the living room. The living room is the kitchen too — there is a counter, a solid wood dining table, a TV and a sofa that folds out into a bed for two.

From there you step into the bedroom with its double bed. From both the living room and the bedroom, French doors open straight onto the terrace and its garden. You have breakfast there in the morning and sit there in the evening until it turns cold.

It is a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, step-free, with a private parking space and a cellar for bikes and skis. Fifteen metres separate you from the water.

Is the apartment upstairs or on the ground floor?

On the ground floor of a small residential building. There are no stairs to the entrance or to the terrace.

Is the terrace ours alone?

Yes. The terrace and the garden belong to the apartment and are not shared with anyone. French doors lead onto it from the living room and from the bedroom.

How far is it to the water?

Fifteen metres. The apartment stands right on the shore of Lake Lipno in Černá v Pošumaví and the garden faces the water. A restaurant is 200 m away, a shop 250 m.
